Haridwar and Rishikesh, 2018 Edition

Paonta Sahib - The tranquillity of an early morning at the Yamuna Ghat. River Yamuna is crystal clear here.

Haridwar: On the way to Mansa Devi atop Bilva Parvat in the rope way, one can get a stunning view of the city of Haridwar, especially around sunrise and sunset (as is the case here):


Har Ki Pauri has a host of temples, and this specific temple complex has connections back to Sringeri:



Rishikesh: It was raining cats and dogs as we reached Rishikesh, and that would continue all the way till Neelakanth, thus ensuring that we could not take many pictures, but here are some from Ram Jhula and river Ganga:




Neelkantha Mahadev Temple an hour's drive to the north of Rishikesh was a freezing cold experience along with rain pelting down heavily, but here's a picture of having managed to visit the place amidst all of that:
